Fee Policy

We do not set a fixed fee for providing the information on buying and selling via email service because the information is invaluable. To receive the information, you are invited to offer us a monthly fee which should commensurate with your potential investment amount. Your offer will be accepted if your fee is close to the average offered by our subscribers.

Confidentiality

All information supplied by subscribers will be handled with strict confidence. A Subscriber must only use the information on market alerts received for his or her personal use and must not disclose to any third party, otherwise his/her subscription will be discontinued.

Refund Policy

If information provided to you registered a loss during the subscription period, your subscription will be extended relative to the last subscription period, monthly fees will not be refunded.

Notes to Investors

Subscription and payment Unless and until this agreement is cancelled by email or by telephone, Subscriber hereby authorizes Dagian.com (Dagian Asset Management) to charge Subscriber's credit card to pay for the ongoing (monthly, quarterly or yearly) cost of membership. Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform Dagian.com the following: Changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Dagian.com is notified, by e-mail or by telephone of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service. Payment for the appropriate services will be made by automatic credit card debit. Subscribers will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless Dagian.com is notified via email (subscription@dagian.com) 3 days prior to membership expiration. Subscription to our services may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Dagian.com or the Subscriber by e-mail or by telephone. When termination is requested by a Subscriber, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. Cancellation of service is not official until Subscriber receives email confirmation from Dagian.com. If Subscriber does not receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours of request (excluding weekends and holidays), Subscriber must call our offices to re-submit the cancellation and verify that his/her email address is correct. Other Information: If you wish to make purchases through the Service, you may be asked by the merchant or information or service provider from whom you are making the purchase to supply certain information, including credit card or other payment mechanism information. You agree not to hold Dagian.com liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any such dealings with any merchant or information or service provider through the Service.
